• Assistive Tech Compatibility: Optimizing our platform for screen readers (such as VoiceOver, TalkBack, and NVDA) with clear semantic markup, ARIA labels, and logical reading orders.
• Keyboard Navigation: Ensuring all interactive elements, modals, dropdowns, and chat tools are fully operable via keyboard and switch devices.
• Color & Contrast: Maintaining high-contrast text and interactive elements that exceed standard readability ratios.
• Dynamic Text Scaling: Supporting system font scaling so users can adjust font sizes without losing interface functionality.

What Have We Achieved So Far?

We have integrated accessible design principles directly into our core product development cycle. Key milestones include:

• Comprehensive descriptive alternative text (alt text) across all marketing and profile guidance imagery.
• Closed captioning and transcription support for in-app video tutorials and help guides.
• Sensory-conscious animations with built-in support for the prefers-reduced-motion system setting.
• Inclusive user testing sessions conducted regularly with individuals with diverse accessibility needs.
