Use Compliments on MG Dating to let a potential match know you like their profile (and maybe even make them blush). You get Compliments as part of your Premium+ membership. It’s also a way to send and receive messages before you’ve even matched.

You can send a Compliment by tapping on the yellow heart icon at the bottom of someone’s profile. Where you tap is important, because you’ll be complimenting that specific photo or part of their profile! When you click, a text box will open for you to write your message (it can be up to 150 characters).

When you get a Compliment, it will appear on the sender’s profile. You’ll also get a notification telling you that someone likes part of your profile.

You can send 3 Compliments for free. When you’re all out, you can buy more in the MG Dating app in packs of up to 30. One of these will be used to send that Compliment (save the rest for when you see another profile you like). Don’t worry, they won’t expire!
If their Compliment caught your eye, then go ahead and match with them. You’ll see the Compliment in your chat, and the usual Make The First Move rules apply.
