1. MG Dating Rules & Eligibility

Welcome to MG Dating. By accessing or using our mobile applications, website, or associated services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, please do not use our Service.

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on MG Dating. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are legally competent to enter into a binding contract, have never been convicted of a felony or sexual offense, and are not registered as a sex offender.

2. Types of Content

There are three types of content on our Service:

• Your Content: You retain ownership of the photos, bio text, and messages you upload. By uploading content, you grant MG Dating a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to host, display, and distribute your content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
• Member Content: Content uploaded by other members belongs to them. You may not copy, scrape, or distribute other members' content without express written permission.
• Our Content: All text, graphics, logos, trademarks, and code belonging to MG Dating are protected by intellectual property laws.

3. Restrictions on the App

We are dedicated to maintaining a kind, safe, and respectful environment. You strictly agree NOT to:

• Harass, intimidate, bully, stalk, or demean any member.
• Post non-consensual sexual content, hate speech, or content promoting violence.
• Use the Service for commercial solicitation, advertising, spam, or prostitution.
• Create fake profiles, impersonate others, or misrepresent your age or identity.
• Use automated bots, scripts, or crawlers to access the Service.

4. Subscriptions, Purchases & Auto-Renewal

MG Dating offers optional premium features including MG Premium and Boost packs. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing cycle. Subscriptions purchased through Apple App Store or Google Play must be managed through your respective device account settings.

5. Account Suspension, Termination & Appeals

We reserve the right to investigate and terminate any account that violates our Terms or Community Guidelines. If your account has been suspended, you have the right to submit an appeal to our Trust & Safety team at [email protected].

6. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. MG Dating is not responsible for the conduct of any member on or off the Service. Please always exercise caution and follow our Safety Guidelines when interacting with new matches.
